This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Nestwood through nestwood.store.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Our standard order processing time is 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may begin processing on the next business day.

Nestwood currently ships orders to the following destinations when available at checkout:

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, carrier service area, and order size. If a destination or shipping method is not available at checkout, we are unable to ship that order to that location.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and carrier transit time.

United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and Switzerland 1 to 2 weeks after order confirmation

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs review, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The final shipping cost may depend on product size, product weight, shipping destination, available carrier service, and selected shipping method.

Nestwood does not charge hidden shipping fees. The shipping amount shown at checkout is the shipping amount you agree to pay when placing your order.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.


Carriers and Delivery Methods

We may use trusted shipping carriers and logistics partners to deliver your order. Available carriers may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Large, oversized, or heavy items may require special handling, freight delivery, or scheduled delivery depending on the product and destination.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Nestwood is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@nestwood.store with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nestwood.store.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or handed to the carrier.


Taxes, Duties, and Additional Fees

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For any location where additional duties, customs fees, or import charges apply, the customer is responsible for those charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
