This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made from Nestwood through nestwood.store.

Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and parts included.

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and undamaged.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all original parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
  • Final sale or clearance items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, if applicable.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@nestwood.store with your order number and the reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return labels are not included in the package. For customer-remorse returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-part orders, Nestwood may provide a prepaid return label or cover approved return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nestwood, a defective item, or an item damaged during delivery.

Nestwood does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nestwood.store.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or defect.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@nestwood.store.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@nestwood.store.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
