Is Nestwood an online store or a physical showroom?
Nestwood is an online home furniture store operating through nestwood.store. We do not currently operate a public showroom or in-store pickup location.
Our business mailing address is 8709 Montclair Dr, Middleton, WI 53562, USA. Please do not send returns to this address unless we approve your return and provide return instructions.
What makes Nestwood different?

How can I be sure an item is right for my home?
Please review the product photos, dimensions, materials, color options, assembly notes, and shipping details shown on each product page before ordering. Furniture measurements and colors may vary slightly by finish, lighting, screen settings, and production batch.
If you are unsure about size, material, or delivery requirements, contact us before placing your order.
Does my product come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage may vary by product and supplier. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another appropriate solution according to our return and refund policy.
Can I see this furniture in person?
Not at this time. Nestwood is currently an online store, so products are viewed and purchased through our website. If you need help understanding a product before buying, contact us by phone or email.
How do I place an order?
Orders are placed securely online through nestwood.store. Add the item to your cart, review the product, shipping, and return information, then complete checkout with your preferred available payment method.
Are all products available online?
Products shown as available on our website can generally be purchased online. In rare cases, supplier inventory may change before an order is processed. If there is an availability issue, we will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.
Are the prices the same from product page to checkout?
The price shown on the product page should match the price shown at checkout, before any eligible discounts, taxes, or shipping charges are applied. Final order totals are shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping and Returns Questions
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and documentation.
Customer-remorse returns are the customer’s responsibility for return shipping. For approved damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-part orders, Nestwood may provide a prepaid label or cover approved return or replacement shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

How will you ship my items?
For the United States, standard shipping is currently free for eligible orders. Orders usually require 1 to 3 business days for processing and handling, followed by 3 to 4 business days of standard transit time after shipment.
Total estimated delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after order confirmation. Large, oversized, or heavy furniture may require parcel, freight, special handling, or scheduled delivery depending on the product and destination. Final shipping options and timing are confirmed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?
No. Nestwood does not currently offer local pickup or in-store pickup. Orders are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Nestwood currently ships within the United States only. We may add more shipping destinations later, but only the locations available at checkout are currently supported.
What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nestwood.store.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or defect so we can review the issue.
When is my credit card charged?
Your payment is charged when you complete checkout. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you with the next steps, which may include a replacement option, cancellation, or refund.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax amounts may depend on your delivery address and applicable tax rules.
